Childrens Ministry.
At LWC we know the children are the future of the church and we want to invest in them. Cultivate Kids meets every Sunday, being dismissed in the middle of our worship service in order for the children to be discipled on their level. Volunteers engage and teach our children about the Jesus and the Bible. There is also time for games, crafts, and fun. We also have quarterly Kid's Days at LWC where the whole worship service is based around kids ministry. We want our children to know they are loved by us and Jesus , and to know the truth of Scripture.

LWC Missions.
LWC believes we are called to take the light and story of the gospel of Jesus to the ends of the world. For many years, LWC had multiple trips a year to Haiti. Unfortunately, those doors of ministry closed, but new doors have opened. LWC regularly sends missionaries of all ages overseas to places like Africa and Peru. As well as sending teams stateside to serve in things like disaster relief, construction projects, and homeless ministry . The gospel knows no walls or boundaries and we must answer our call to share Jesus wherever the call may be.

LWC School Supply Giveaway.
Years ago LWC saw a need in our community to help families with the expense of school supplies. Now with the help of local businesses and donors LWC has a yearly school supply giveaway in Madison, Gridley, and Hamilton. Click below if you would like to donate to help students in our local schools get their school supplies.

Dirtroads Network.
Steve McVey was the lead pastor at Lamont Wesleyan Church for 20 years. During this time the church grew exponentially and began to plant other rural churches. In 2018 Steve received a calling to start a network to help the rural church. DRN believes every small town and rural community deserves a life-giving, Bible-believing, community-transforming church. It is now an international ministry helping rural pastors, rural church plants, rural church revitalization, and all other things that deal with rural church. Click on the link below to learn more.

Empower House.
Melissa Landis was a young believer wondering where her place and calling in the church was. It was in helping her daughter in her addiction that she found that calling. In 2019 Melissa felt led to open an addiction and recovery home in Emporia. There is now a women's and men's home. Their mission statement is to provide a spiritual, life-changing, and empowering environment where recovering addicts can discover their God-given potential, establish a healthy intentional lifestyle, master life skills, and become self-sufficient.

Grief Share.
Jane Long lost a spouse and knew she needed help with the grief and moving forward in life. After attending Grief Share she knew she had a calling to give to others what had been given to her through Grief Share. In 2021 she and her new husband Tom Long began teaching Grief Share in Madison. If you need help dealing with loss of a loved one click below to find out more about Grief Share.
